How Lumeo Cameras processes and delivers orders.
1. Order processing
Orders are verified, packed and insured before dispatch. You will be contacted if we need any extra information.
2. Dispatch timelines
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
3. Delivery estimates
Metro cities typically receive orders in 2–4 business days. Other locations may take 4–8 business days.
4. Shipping charges
We offer free insured shipping on all orders across India. Special delivery options may carry a charge, which we confirm beforehand.
5. Tracking information
Once your order ships, we share courier tracking details by email or phone.
6. Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Delayed shipments
If your order is delayed, we will inform you and share an updated delivery date. Delays due to weather or courier issues are outside our control.
8. Damaged shipments
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Report any damage within 48 hours so we can raise a claim and resolve it quickly.
9. Remote-area delivery
Delivery to remote or restricted PIN codes may take longer and may need a courier surcharge, which we will confirm before dispatch.
10. Order cut-off times
Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next business day. Orders confirmed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
11. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is not offered for high-value camera equipment. Payment options are confirmed by our team when we contact you about your order.
12. Delivery verification
For your safety, high-value parcels may require an OTP, ID check or signature at delivery. Please keep your phone reachable on the delivery day.
13. International shipping
We currently deliver within India only.
