Warranty information for products sold by Lumeo Cameras.
1. Manufacturer warranty
Products carry the official manufacturer warranty from the brand. Coverage and terms are set by the manufacturer.
2. Warranty period
The warranty period is typically 1 year for cameras and lenses unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Check your invoice or warranty card.
3. Warranty registration
Please keep your invoice safe. Some brands ask you to register the product on their website. We can guide you.
4. Warranty claims
To claim warranty, contact us with your invoice and product details. We will help you with the manufacturer or service centre.
5. Service centre information
We will help you locate the nearest authorised service centre for your brand when you raise a claim.
6. Warranty exclusions
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs or normal wear.
7. Physical damage
Damage caused by drops, liquids, misuse or unauthorised repairs is not covered under warranty.
8. Accessories and consumables
Accessories such as batteries, straps, caps and cables are covered only against manufacturing defects for the period stated by the manufacturer. Normal wear is not covered.
9. Warranty on lenses and accessories
Lenses, flashes, gimbals, microphones and lights are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Memory cards and batteries may have different warranty terms, which are stated on the brand's website.
10. Importing and grey-market products
All products we sell are sourced through authorised distributors for the Indian market so that the official India warranty applies.
11. What to keep
Keep your invoice, warranty card (if provided), serial number and original packaging. A claim may not be accepted without proof of purchase.
12. Brand service centres
Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, DJI, GoPro, Sigma, Tamron, Godox, Manfrotto, RØDE and SanDisk each maintain authorised service centres. Share your brand and city and our team will help you find the nearest one.
